G&G Tactics was founded with a single purpose: to provide the highest quality firearms and tactical training available to California civilians, permit holders, and professionals. We believe that responsible gun ownership starts with proper education — and proper education starts with instructors who have lived it.
Our instructors are former law enforcement officers with over two decades of combined experience in the field. We don't teach from textbooks — we teach from the range, the street, and the situations we've encountered firsthand. That real-world foundation is what sets G&G Tactics apart from every other training program in the region.
From first-time gun owners to experienced shooters seeking advanced tactical skills, we've trained over 2,500 students and counting. Every class is kept small to ensure every student gets the attention, feedback, and instruction they deserve.

Our
Instructors
Every G&G Tactics course is taught exclusively by former law enforcement officers. Our instructors bring decades of real-world field experience to the range — not classroom theory or weekend certifications.
All instructors hold current state and NRA certifications, are California CCW certified, and maintain former law enforcement backgrounds. Their careers span patrol, tactical operations, use-of-force instruction, and concealed carry training for civilians and professionals alike.
We keep class sizes small so every student receives direct, personalized instruction from an experienced officer — not a volunteer range safety officer or a civilian with a weekend cert.

Our classes are conducted at a professional, fully equipped range facility in California. The range provides a safe, controlled environment for both classroom instruction and live-fire exercises.
All range sessions are conducted under direct instructor supervision with strict adherence to range safety protocols. Students are briefed on all range rules before any live-fire activity begins.
